Ready Rental Services can handle most of your small repair needs - from touch up paint to clogged toilets. After each clean we do a standard maintenance and damage inspection. We check your appliances, light bulbs, remote control batteries, A/C, hot water and replace the HVAC filter as needed. We look for anything that needs to be handled before a guest arrival and we stay in close contact with you by phone, text or email, as necessary. If the need for a plumber or other contractor arises we can help you locate and supervise a qualified technician.
