The majority of our customers live outside of Florida and several live out of the country. We are your eyes and ears when you cannot be here. You will always have a designated contact at our office to reach out to with any questions or concerns. We believe personalized service is very important in gaining trust. Staff
Our company receives several inquiries each week from owners who are desperate for someone to come clean because guests are arriving and their cleaning lady is sick or on vacation. Rest assured knowing that we ALWAYS have staff available and have NEVER missed a clean. We plan staff months in advance, have back-up cleaners on hand and even back-ups for our back-ups. And our management is always available to pitch in when needed. We are available 24/7, 365 days and will never leave you scrambling for help. We guarantee to have your property ready for your next guests.
A supervisor will always be on-site to inspect the property and ensure the cleaning crew didn’t miss anything. We believe that we have a top notch cleaning crew, however we realize that no one is perfect. Even the best cleaners are bound to miss something from time to time which is why we always do an inspection after each clean. Two sets of eyes are better than one!

Specialty Cleaning Service
Unlike most traditional housekeeping companies, we do not do single cleans. We invest a lot of time into getting to know your property and ensuring that the cleaning is maintained. We ONLY service vacation rental properties and would never charge extra for cleaning the oven, refrigerator, linens, etc. Any company who does, simply does not have experience in vacation rental cleaning. Each clean is essentially a move-out clean and each surface, item, drawer, cabinet, etc is touched and items moved and cleaned. There are hundreds of cleaning companies in the area, however we are one of very few who specializes in vacation rentals.
We are more than just a cleaning company and working with us is easy! Just send us your upcoming reservations and we handle the rest. Your rental will be stocked and staged exactly as you’d like each time.
As a full-service company offering vacation rental cleaning, maintenance, home watch, point of contact and concierge services we may not be the least expensive. If you value a reliable cleaning service who strives for 5 star reviews you’ve found the right company. Members of our staff have done full Property Management and have extensive knowledge of advertising (VRBO, Homeaway, Airbnb, TripAdvisor), guest reviews/ratings, and area trends. We are vacation rental pros! We know how expensive the property management fees can be and some of the limitations of their services.

Ready Rental Services was formed in an effort to provide all needed services for vacation rental owners at a fraction of the cost of a property management company. We will stock your property with exactly what you want. We will stage it according to your specifications. We will use your sheets and towels and not force you to use plain white “hotel” sheets. We will change your shower curtains, wash your bath mats, and beach towels. We treat your property as if it were our own. We strive to see it from the eyes of the guests and anticipate their wants & needs.
As we tell all new customers, we handle everything but advertising. We are always happy to give suggestions and advice regarding advertising, however we leave this to our partner Evolve Vacation Rental Network. We have seen first hand rentals that were doing poorly with their property manager move to Evolve and within weeks get flooded with bookings. We have been very impressed with them and highly recommend them. If you manage your own listings, you will no longer have to pay listing fees - you will simply pay 10% per booking PLUS you will get more exposure.
